Some moves only need the hard part done. The truck, the trailer or the container is already sitting in the driveway, and what you actually need is a crew who can load it properly and not put a corner through the drywall on the way out.

That is what labor only covers. You supply the vehicle. We supply the people, the equipment and the experience of doing this several times a week.

Pods, Freight Trailers and Rental Trucks

If you have booked a portable container, an ABF or similar freight trailer, or a rental truck, we will load it or unload it for you.

Containers and freight trailers reward careful loading more than almost anything else, because the load has to survive being lifted, trucked and set down again. A badly stacked trailer is where damage happens, and it usually shows up at the far end rather than in your driveway.

The Rate Is the Same as a Full Move

Worth being straight about this, because it surprises people. Labor only is not a discount service.

Our crew travels out in our own truck whether or not your belongings are riding in it, so the cost of getting a trained team to your address does not change. What changes is the scope of the job, not the rate.

If the goal is to spend less, the honest answer is to book fewer hours. Have everything boxed, disassembled and stacked near the door before we arrive and the job gets shorter.

What the Crew Handles

Loading and unloading, carrying, stairs, tight hallways and doorways, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and the awkward items most people would rather not lift twice.

Pianos, gun safes, hot tubs, pool tables, appliances and gym equipment are all things we move regularly. Protection materials come with the crew, so pads and straps are not something you need to go out and buy.

Licensed, Insured, and Easy to Check

Two College Movers operates under Colorado HHG permit HHG-00422 and MC-887639. Both are public records and you are welcome to look them up.

This matters more on a labor only job than people expect. An uninsured crew in your house, carrying your furniture down your stairs, is a risk you end up carrying personally.
