Up Rist Canyon and toward the Poudre: steep, narrow roads, tight turnarounds and winter weather that changes the plan. We send a smaller truck or a shuttle when the road calls for it.

The north end of Horsetooth: foothill lots with views and the stairs, slopes and long carries that come with them.
